No Mumakil
I have a problem with Harad, they are unable to make Mumakil. I thught maybe AI doesn't make mumaks, but now I play it myself, I'm at turn 400, most original Harad settlements are fully expanded, in the building list I can see the mumakil drill square or training ground where i can make them, but i can not make that building... what is wrong?

American, French, Israeli and British government's ILLEGAL aggression against the Syrian people, without any proof for chemical attacks in Douma, and without waiting for OPCW to conduct their investigation..
