    Proclamations of 1111

    His Grace is pleased to appoint the following people to the Great Offices of State within the Realm of England.

    Richard, 1st Baron Carlisle is commissioned as Lord High Constable of all England.
    Sir Harald Jansson is commissioned as Earl Marshal of England
    Phillipe de Eraclea is commissioned as Lord High Steward of England
    Archbishop Henry Burke of Canterbury is commissioned as Lord High Chancellor of England

    His Grace is pleased to bestow the title of "Premier Baron of England" upon Richard de Lacquartier for his loyal and leal service in serving as a guardian of the Northern Border. He shall be ranked higher in precedence than any other baron of England.

    His Grace is pleased to bestow the honour of Earl March upon Harald Jansson, bestowing the counties of Shropshire and Herefordshire upon him, as well as the subsidary title of Baron Leicester.

    His Grace is pleased to bestow the honour of Baron Eraclea upon Phillipe de Eraclea, as well the ownership of the lands and incomes that fall under the castle of Avranches.

    His Grace is pleased to bestow the castle of Dover as well as it's lands and incomes upon the Knights of Albion, to be used as they see fit.

    His Grace is pleased to bestow the honour of Earl of Derbyshire upon Edward Burke, as well as the subsidiary title of Baron Lancaster.

    Given at our Court in Windsor in the Year of Our Lord, 1111 and in the first year of our Reign.

    1111; Baron Bamburgh
    His Grace is pleased to bestow the honour of Baron Bamburgh upon Patrick O'Neill, bestowing the ownership of the castle of Bamburgh and the estates pertaining to it.

    1113; Revocation & Bestowing of Titles
    His Grace hereby revokes the title "Earl March" and all subsidiary titles from the individual known as Harald Jansson, due to his treason against the crown.

    His Grace is pleased to bestow the honour of "Baron Leicester & Lincoln" upon Geoffrey de Montfort for his valour and loyalty in service to the English Crown.

    His Grace is pleased to elevate Baron Avranches to the rank of "Comté de Avranches" due to his loyal and leal service to the English Crown.

    His Grace is also pleased to elevate Baron Carlisle to the rank of "Earl of Cumberland" for his loyal and leal service as Lord High Constable of England.

    Finally, His Grace is pleased to announce the betrothal of Mathilda, Countess of Huntingdon, to David, Prince of the Cumbrians.
