I swear the lady speaking (Penny) in that video managed to do it with three accents. Started off with American, then into Australian and then into English. The cities look great especially that Arab one near the end.

Uh, I was talking about the dude who was voicing over the opening sequence in the trailer. Not the chick doing the walkthrough.

And their voice actors from Rome were some of the worst in any game I've played, ever.
