Now that you see this thread, it means that the proposal is coming real soon, maybe tomorrow or even in few hours. Right, as per the previous poll regarding characters, you can now claim characters or historical houses.

You can either claim historical character or have your fictional character belonging to any house of that era. And as for shared house characters, the first person to claim first (house or character) becomes the head of the family/house. The next claims are considered as other family. It would also be great if you ask that head house first.

- Player shared character houses. This is kind of hard to define in a single word. In this rule, players can have their character a relation to another player's character. This will require the permission of the player having the head of house character. For instance, LM's character is of house A, then other players who want a character of their linked to the house will have to ask LM about it first.

The game will start with Mehmet II as sultan. So, no point in claiming that person. Also, Lucius Malfoy has asked to play as Mehmet II at start of game. The reason is because he is currently doing majors in history and has studied extensively about Mehmet II. So, I suggest claiming some other character.

And lastly, a small request. Let's not take all claim and squabble for being in Ottoman house. Coz frankly, everyone going for that would simply make the game boring.

anyways, I wouldn't mind sharing Komnenos with M if he's ok with it (as his nephew or something) I'll also probably register a Franko-Greek mercenary warrior or Hungarian.

The reason why I was chosen to be the Sultan is because I have a good knowledge of Ottoman history. I mean M did say that he would like to have someone who has a good knowledge of the Empire's history to start us off. I actually am re-reading a section of a book called Osman's Dream that talks about the reign of Mehmed II so that way I know how to play the part. But you also I am not playing my heir. I am giving that to Tafari (who is Turkish) so that way I am not the royal house for all of this rp. It will be passed onto someone else's hands.

I am doing the role that Ponti was planning to do when he restarted TRS as SPR. I start us off, get things set up, do some achievements, die after a period of time and let someone else take over.

No offense, mate... But we also need a person to set the game going. Plus, LM has stated already that he would pick another character after this one.

So were the Komnenos extinct. But certain licenses would be allowed. For instance, my character is simply a distant line of Komnenos, and head of the scattered yet surviving house. So, Candarli would also be allowed.

There had to be certain changes. But I assume this post as you are claiming Beyazit. And I'd also prefer court positions being earned via rp. Come on, we can have a little challenge.
