Omg, Dacia and Spain have no gold resources in them! Come on CA! How could you miss the fact that Trajan reinvigorated Rome's economy with the Dacian gold from today's Apuseni Mountains!

Yeah, that's a bit of a miss. Iberia is well known for being very rich in ores (silver,gold,copper,iron etc...)
Let's try to list the resources.
1. Gold
2. Iron
3. Furs
4. Lumber
5. Pottery? (The red icons)
6. Not sure what the resource in the jerusalem region is supposed to be, maybe incense?
7. And then the brown bowl thing, no idea what it's supposed to be.

The scale of the map is no bigger than original Rome, contrary to what i thought at first. It's only the 3D rendering that made it seems so... a bit underwhelming :/

5. It looks like urns, so I guess pottery.
6. Looks like leaves of some kind to me, maybe wine?
7. Looks like a coin, maybe copper
8. The white icons in Italy, egypt and spain must be some kind of stone (Marble, limestone)
