Can't use character cheats as Romani

I've been trying to do the Augustan reforms however I've not had a character with the right traits and I'm becoming a little impatient, I tried doing the give_trait cheat but it will not work for me, I want to use a character Who is either called Nvmerivs Cornelivs Scipio or Titvs Ivlivs Caesar. I've tried using NvmerivsA-K Romanvs and TitvsA-K Romanvs but it keeps saying character doesn't exist, anyone got any ideas? I've looked through lots of threads but nothing has worked.

I have had the same problem myself when i have tried it so i don't know either. Read'ed that it should work like that but haven't for me
