CTDs again and again EDIT: Now with dxdiag

Hi guys.

Lately I have been experiencing a high number of CTDs in both Napoleon TW and Shogun 2. They occur only in battles. It is not related to stress levels, cause they happen randomly I have tried uninstalling the game, verifying cache (always says there is 1 file missing), running the game in compatibility mode, tried MadBorid solution, tried increasing manually the virtual memory adress in advanced system configuration/performance/advanced settings/virtual memory to 16000 (I have 8 gigs of ram), but nothing seems to fix it.

I attach here my dxdiag. Also, here is the last error I got, straight from the event log view (sorry, it's in spanish). I'll appreciate your help
