    Default Skipping the Rebellions

The early one atleast... is this possible? iv been at it for awhile, i pushed hanibals teeth in, i took all of northern italy, and im one town level away from marian reforms. Strong economy and a good defensive army. I have 2 full stacks sitting at rome waiting on the rebellion so i can smash it quick..... and no rebels.... the event isnt happening. i Checked on TWC wiki and it says that it is triggered based on strengths but also triggered by losses.... so i sacrificed 15 units sending them one at a time against a full stack free people army in germania. so 15 losses, alot more then would be expected in the first couple turns (when the rebels hit on my first game) and no trigger. i want to send those stacks into africa and beat on carthage more but i have an itch that as soon as their gone the rebels will come.

    anyone have any insight?

Are you talking about the very first revolt where you loose capua and some other cities? if it hasn't happened by turn 5 something is wrong with your campaign. Maybe you didnt enable the script.

Yes the first one with capua. how would i have changed by accident the script? because i started a campaign and experienced the rebellion... later on i wasnt satisfied with the game (marian reforms hit and i hadnt prepared any of my settlements for higher barracks...oops) so i started anew...i did change it to one turn campaign instead of just rome.. is there something i didnt check?

You probably didn't activate the script.

Almost without doubt not activating the script I'm afraid.

Because of all the testing I have done the Socii Rebellion many times now and can certainly understand why a 'Roman Player' may wish to skip that after a while. Rather than disabling it, however, I would suggest doing it once and then saving and keeping at that point; either the rebellion having been dealt with; or even after having dealt with Hannibal. That way you won't be faced with that initial, but intended, immediate 'blast', but can then follow a more measured empire-build as some like to do.

Personally I would suggest an H/M save and a H/H save for real effort - 1turn always.

How can i take the 2nd rebellion out, i do not like the fact that the rebellion script controls my Rome's outcome also is there any information about 2nd rebellion how many cities rebel or armys? i think that the rebellion script 2nd one should only activate if may be 10 cities are not in green happiness then the governors make a plot to rebel which causes the rebellion.
I think for having it how it is when you take a certain amount of cities is unfair and not realistic. Is there anyway to avoid this as nearly every city i have abroad has a full stack and green happiness will them citys with a full stack turn in to rebels or just my armys, how does this work? thanks
