Which difficulty level should I play at?

This is the first time I will ever have used the darth mod and I'm about to start a BI campaign. People say that it makes the battles much more difficult and I'm curious as to what battle difficulty level I should play? I usually play on very hard and even on that setting I win 95% of my battles. I only ever lose if the enemy force is vastly superior.

So this is a question for those experienced RTW players who've used this mod before: What difficulty level should I play at?

Well, almost everybody here wins 95% or their battles against AI. If you want a challenge, i would suggest h/h, using the formations that it starts you off with and work with those. If you want your own formations, go ahead. If you want to loose alot of your battles, then play vh/vh. The AI gets CRAZY bonuses. Its not the easiest and you might get a bit frustrated. If you want to know what faction to play, first check the problems to fix thread to see who you might be fighting against because if you play, for example, the Brits, then they are a tough cookie to crack. So basically, its how difficult you want it to get. btw, play as gauls, and good luck. lol

Are you talking about the 'crazy bonuses' that the AI is given by default (non-darth mod)? Because I can beat the default game on vh/vh with no problems.

I'm just about to start a new campaign using the darth mod and I don't want to make it too hard or too easy for myself.

All I'm asking for is a rough equivalent. Is, for example, the very hard (battle difficulty) on the default game roughly equivalent to hard (battle difficulty) on the darth mod?

Well actually H/H is the best I think if you really want a challenging game... squalors are crzy i hate them ( i wonder how i cn reduce this Dam* squalors")
