Error 123 while Installation

Hi everyone, when the main installer extracts the last files , this error pops up"Error 123","Setup was unable to create the directory Eb/data/world/maps/battle/custom/and there're like 20 files which i can neither retry to copy or ignore or terminate installation.I'm able to play the game though(the main campaign at least, i've never played others), but after like 90 -100 years It CTDs persistantly, I wonder If It has something to do with this error.If this question was asked previously in other threads, please be kind to leave the link,thanks.

By the way
I've the chinese win xp installed, I suspect that it is the cause, because the file names contain "chinese charachters​"
