Can't patch MTW II Kingdoms to v. 1.5

I have installed the Gold edition of MTW II some time ago. I have upgraded to v 1.5 and then i have installed SS.6.3, but i haven't made a clean copy of the unmoded MTW II v 1.5 folder. So i uninstaled the game an made a new install. But now when i try to patch it to v 1.5 i get this

What can i do?

1. Uninstall the game in Add/Remove programs.
2. Delete all traces of thwe game.
3. Run a good free registry cleaner.
4. Reboot.
5. Disable the UAC if not done so assuming. Vista, Win 7/8.
6. Install in C:\Games.
