Can't Recruit Troops in Eriador

I've been playing as the Free People of Eriador, and my First two runs through, I reached turn 50, and still hadn't been able to recruit a single unit. I was able to keep surviving until round 128, but the only way for me to obtain units was through diplomatic missions. DOes anyone know what I ought to do to solve this problem?

It sounds to me like something is installed wrong.. Can you recruit in any of your city?

I can recruit diplomats and other non combat units in Bree, but that's it.

As Eriador, you normally can't recruit units in the first 5 turns. Something in your installation went wrong which causes you to not be able to recruit any units ever. Try reinstalling the game.

Ok, do I have to re install the entire mod, or just the Export_.... files?

And you're sure recrutment don't work proper after 2-3 turns into the campaign as Eriador, Bergebis?

You probably installed it wrong.
Answer these fw questions so we can help you:

1. What Windows do you have?

2. Is your M2TW\Kingdoms steam, or non steam version( DVD, retail..) ? And, are Kingdoms patched to 1.5 ( 1.05) ?

3. Have you installed all four TATW Installers ( TATW 3.0 part 1 and part 2, TATW 3.1 patch, TATW 3.2 patch ) ?

4. Where is your M2TW\ Kingdoms installed ? Give us the exact location.

First, uninstall and remove TATW from your Medieval 2 Total War ( it depends on which method you used to install TATW).

Second, Go here and apply step 3 from section How to fix it for your main M2TW folder ( steam-steam apps-common- Medieval Total war II )

Third, install TATW using either this Kingdoms APP Launcher, or install it using these instructions here.

Can you recruit units as other factions? Gondor, Isengard etc?

if I delete the garrison script i cant seem to recruit units for eriador. I waited over 5 turns, yet cant recruit.
It is possible if i leave the garrison script intact.. any tips?
