Hey I'm playing Rome, I have an army of Capadocian horse archers and fighting against Pontus. Pontus brings on Celtic chariots. I have four units of Capodoncians and fire on 1 unit of chariots. They fired multiple volleys not even taking down 1 chariot. Is this realistic? Chariots are supposed to be weak against missle fire?

I tried using archer auxilia but it doesn't work well. Flaming missle does help a bit but not always. Infantry is the best way to take down chariots.
