Just to let everyone know i had not looked into the problem at that point, I had just skimmed over what was being said. My statement was not directed at definitely doing it. It was just a query. I have just returned from work and have several hotseat turns to play but I will get on this as soon as possible. Sorry for the delay.



edit: Quick update before i go do the accounts and pass out from exhaustion.

The use of the princess is a bug in the game engine, that lifted the siege. I need to keep replaying until i can win the battle like you did, at the moment all i keep getting is crushing defeats. This is using the tactic of attacking from duskendale. To remove the top siege, moving the stack out then seducing waters (Could not defeat him without seduction), then fighting his old stack and sandor and getting humped.

I'll reply a few more times in the morning Perhaps finding out about this reseed thing since the battles are 1:1.

At the moment though it looks like it may be easier for Stannis just to replay his turn and not seduce a besieging general.

ooc: after watching GOT on Monday i think Shireen baratheon should probably be taken off the roster as an available princess at the start of the game.
Also more generals need that marital ties attribute. I hate stealing generals like Tarly who are married and have children.

This seems fair.

I suggest putting it on Valeryon's halfstack on the ship, but I'm not so sure whether it works on ships..... so maybe just pop it up at Duskendale?

Autoresolve casualties are not the same every time and should not be taken into account in this issue.

The command line only works with the true name of the unit in the edu, not the name that is displaced in game.

Anyway, because Aurene Waters couldn't lead the men and Velaryon could only reinforce and not attack, I lost WAY more men. I stand by my claim, I deserve men as compensation. It's not fair
Thats why I copied Armoured Sergants instead of Spearmen hopefully it will work, I'll try it in SP. If I'm in the mood

If I were the admin your argument would just cause me to throw you out of the game. You used a bug and it lost you more men, well bohoo.
Your argument is similar to me cheating to give myself 200,000 coins then asking for compensation when all of my characters gain traits such as greedy.

If he gets more men you can find yourself another Greyjoy player. And this is from a player who is allied to Stannis.

I can't win without using this bug, but I can win if there is no bug

Princcesses are one of the things we are given, much like soldiers, and using them to steal generals is a very useful tool

How about doing this tho-
I first attack the men besieging my stack, then steal Aurene and the siege is lifted, and then put Clegan's fort under siege with one of Stannis's units which will later be disbanded, and play the battle like in the pic-

Its a win win, cause I get to keep 400 more men and they get an exact recreation of what would happen if there was no bug;

Only one exception from the rules.

Edit: oh and one more thing Zarcas, Shireen only starts out with 3 charm which is kinda bad, she couldn't steal Clegane when I tried to steal him last turn. When signing the marriege alliance with Arryn Shireen got a natural nagotiator trait I think which gave her 2 more charm. That was one of my main purposes in signing that alliance actually

In order to not use any bugs why not just lift the siege of the top fort move the army out. Move stannis's fleet into that little river bit near rosby, disembark, have only stannis move round to command that stack near your fort. Sally from the fort, clear victory over waters. Seduce Sandor(possible). From here you have several choices:
move stannis old stack up to the embattled zone, move in velaryon to command them. Beat waters in a night battle.
Or you can attempt to lift the siege down south.

Your army is in quite the pickle but at least 4 of your generals will not die.

edit: Off to work now but from what i can see this is a bug free way to win, which you said was not possible uri. If everyone is cool with this please replay accordingly.
