    Why would they do that? Medieval 2 was one of the best in the series.

    it was and it will remain the best because it's the hardest total war ever. It still has good graphics and there are a lot of mods with m2tw..
    Rome 2 will be nearly impossible to mod ,just like shogun 2 or Napoleon..
