CTD help needed

Hey guys,
I have gotten the same CTD twice, in 2 separate campaigns immediately after i click the continue button after the stat screen after my first battle of my roman campaign (fighting hannibal)
What OS do you use?

Windows 7 64 bit

- What version of RTW do you use?

1.5 (w/ BI)

- Are you using steam or not?

Not

- Install path

E:\games4real\Roma Surrectum

- Which launcher option have you used (exe, faction etc)

RomeTW-BI.exe , Rome, high res vegetation and models, marian reforms

If you are reporting a game CTD please provide the additional details

- system specifications, CPU, graphics card

Intel core i5 3.3
GTX 570


- graphic options selected (way too many options)
ultra

- ideally a compressed save game immediately prior to the CTD so we can attempt to debug

In continuing to play it seems every time I face carthage in real time battle my game CTD. Other opponents do not cause this. Is there a file i can overwrite, perhaps the hill fort or slightly shorter battle mods may have done something buggy to one of the carthage folders?
