I'm having trouble with this one too.
Yep count me in as well. I have to reload the pages 5-10 times to get through... :/
Sengoku: Total War (a Shogun mod for M2TW) - Work In Progress
Late Roman Era Campaign Map for M2TW
Late Roman Units for M2TW
Globalization: making someone else's problem your problem
It was down all yesterday evening/night.
Strange that we dont see any post on the main page telling that they are sorry for the problem with the site and will try and fix it soon.
Its been like this since they changed the webpage and it have not gone any better..

I had problems too the whole of yesterday. and there was no announcement today either.
Calm yerselves. Bugs have to be ironed out but some of the down time was caused by a power shortage.
I have returned
Call yourself? Ohh, so we should just accept it and dont say anything? :-)

I am inclined to agree. 90% of the time when I post a reply the page just goes white and I don't know if it's been posted or not. One time I posted something, it said I hadn't and then 10 minutes later I've double-posted.....getting sick of this now.

Perhaps you should become informed, rather than complain. GED and Squid are trying to fix the issues, but they do have real lives.
I disagree. It serves no purpose to bad mouth the TWCenter. If you enjoy being here, then do something to help the community like:
1. Instead of uploading your files to the TWCenter for pics within posts, load them off site and use an URL.
2. Instead of clicking and continuing to click reload when you know it isn't operating, wait and try in 20 minutes or more. Try some time when there would be less traffic.
3. Instead of posting and then reediting, write a post in Notepad plus for the most part and spend some time doing it, and then load it once. If it doesn't work then wait and try later.
4. Instead of creating a topic about the site being terrible, write down your observations about a particular bug and then frequent the Questions and Suggestions sections and see if someone else reported it too. If not, report that as it might help in troubleshooting.
5. If talented in modding, then work on a killer mod or submod while the TWCenter is having issues, with the goal of uploading it later when things are more operational. That way you pay back other modders who have given up of their time, talent, and treasure in making their mods.
Whining is not helping. Constructive criticism is helpful. Everyone jumping on the adminstration is not helpful.
Omg, did I hit a sour spot?! In talking about making a thread on the main page or something telling about the problem and saying that they trying to fix it.

that's what happens when scumbag moderators focus on annoying users instead of fixing their crapsite
Other than a few folks, the entire site is run by volunteers. It's a free site. You're being a little demanding considering that, but worse some of you are acting like spoiled children. "Wah. I am momentarily inconvenienced and can't get my TWCenter fix." How puerile.
The thing is, this was supposed to have been an 'upgrade' for the forums, to make them better. So far, I have seen nothing to suggest that the forums are in any way shape or form better than hey were before such an update - in fact, a lot of things are worse. How is it possible to 'fix' something but break a whole load of other things at the same time? Rep is now basically meaningless, and the website has serious loading problems, not to mention the comment posting difficulties.
I really don't see what was wrong with the old format. Everything mostly worked fine, but now things are a lot more inefficient. This is a forum downgrade, not upgrade. Don't get me wrong, I love this website, but one cannot deny it has become increasingly frustrating to surf over the past few weeks.
EDIT: And would you look at that.....white screen when I tried to post this comment the first time!

Follow rubicon's link above me to figure out why we "downgraded". The old VB version wasn't going to have security patched, so it would make the site vulnerable to all sorts of viruses and bugs and all sorts of crap. So this wasn't done for formatting or anything that the average user even knows about. This was done for the integrity of the site.
