One thing I always enjoyed was scanning over the battlefield after a well earned victory, or a very close defeat, call me sick but I think the amount of bodies everywhere could use more detail. It would be realistic to see men injured on the ground struggling to get up/clinging to life, not just simply falling over dead. The aftermath of a medieval battlefield was full of agony, alot of men were still alive long after the battle was over. If this is possible to do, it would be excellent to see a more dynamic aftermath.![]()
And yes, surrending should be an option when one of your units is ******ed. I think they could add an animation where their weapons are thrown to the ground (or dissapear) and they throw their hands up and walk off the battlefield to the enemy's direction. If you wanted to execute them, your men would simply walk up to them and strike them.
