This picture doesn't do it justice, but you get the basic idea.
Having recently undergone restoration (which is almost over, from what I've seen) it has a beautiful blue dome and shining mozaic minarettes.
Considering the catholic churches there are unpopular and decrepit and the orthodox ones have not been maintained by the Soviet Union (and aren't now), I'd have to say this building is one of the highlights of the city.
