    Default Swordsmith's Guild unit requirement?!

    Haven't found it in the millions of postings so far, but is it intended that training 1 unit only gives "1" point to that friggin' counter towards the 2nd and 3rd upgrade?
    It's already hard enough to get citadels, so the armoury upgrade points are very rare (if not edited *whistle*).
    And if my math is not wrong this translates to: train 150 (!) sword-units or 100 units and build like 10 armoury upgrades somewhere else. That's quite huge just to get the 2nd upgrade - not to mention the 3rd That should keep you busy for like ~200 turns...counting in the replenishment of the roster in that settlement alone.

    The horse breeder seems to be working fine and it gives you 10 points per unit recruited.

    Condition TrainedUnitCategory cavalry

    Guild horse_breeders_guild s 10
    Archery guild could also be raised to 5 or 6 points per unit, but it's much easier to get at least the 2nd building with the current setting.

    [no other mods installed, besides ReallyBadAI, which shouldn't modify that file & and it's a clean/new install anyway]
