Do you mean in this picture? If so then I don't think the Unit Card are completely finished, but chances are they'll be reasonably similar to this.

I think you may have a few problems with this mod then. Most of the units have some sort of masks or full helmets covering their faces.

Yep, that is what I meant. It's just that when thinking of a full army with 20 unit cards and 18-19 of them are all different faces-heads with the same background, it could be really confusing in the middle of battle. Man might get used to it, but maybe not.
Any small addition-change to every unit card can make a big difference in the long run. I just mention this because I am astonished of your work and got nervous with the possibility that a small thing could make it difficult for me to enjoy it to the highest grade![]()
when you max out the EDU (put it to 100) it changes the max size of units to 252 .
so even if they don't release it like that it's very easy to customize for your preference

Sure. The units themselves will all have little symbols showing what they are...so mounted have a horse, missile a bow, flying a wing etc. That should help too. The unit pics will be done a little differently. The background you see might get a makeover too. This will be a person having time thing to a degree, which is where Shankbot comes inSo yep, generals will have different backgrounds.

There's a few bits that are quite cool...there's a coastal bit that's pretty good...the Crimson Well is nice too.The land looks amazing. It will be interesting to see what those trees in the west will look like on the battle map.
Yep...they're both quite naughty units. Tears of Ithil are savage indeed.It's good to see that we'll get a healthy diversity of units too. I'd like to see those Ilsithi Black Swans and Tears of Ithil in action.
Hope so. I think everyone's getting better all the time..organisation is very good now, much against my natureGood job on the preview. Results like this are encouraging as the presentation is of such high quality. This can only mean great things for the rest of the previews and the mod itself.
No, it will all change. However, extremely strong units like Faedweyr archers, Dragonbloods and the best out there will be small. This is a balancing thing, as they will cause terrible damage, and they will be much harder to kill. Chitkinnen foot will be massive and die horribly, but the Legion units will be pretty big too. It all will balance somewhat in that say rats will have large base units but they will be supported by smaller and MUCH more vicious units that will take up the slack a fair bit. There will also be units like Plague Eaters and Dying Suns that are small (20 dudes) but will cause horrific damage if they are used well and not chewed up by missiles; in close they will die mostly, but they will detonate and take a lot of enemies with them.

CHanging the edu will be simple enough. I would LIKE to provide a scale to change numbers with to keep balance or something, or even release an extra large version of the edu seperately; things like that would help, but there will be BIG units anyway. I guess try to work it the best way possible. DO say these things, as it WILL be noted and we can think about it along the way.

I can't remember when it started very well now...I'm not the most confident one out there, but it's nice to see these things progress myself now...previews like these help me see what's been done, which I normally miss completely. I mean, there's over twenty factions, and that's a LOT compared to a dozen or so, but weirdly, it's not made it any more difficult or imposing to do. I don't really do this for me at all, so it's always very important for the community to like it....that's the satisfying part. Making a load of stuff gives me an outlet, but peoples' enjoyment is the really important bit. It's also awesome to see the teams' input making such a difference and seeing their hard work come together is SO nice.
Kaiser will be working on an East Empire thing. Might be a while, but it'll be coming. Glad this satisfies things 'til then, and it'll trundel along elsewhere in the background whilst that's being made. Very cool. I'll look forwards to that one myself.

I had just hoped they were interesting enough to read up on. Elves are a funny one, as they seem to be either hated or loved and are sunk often in a bit of a slot of how they can be. It's hard to be vaguely unique in any fantasy thingy, especially without going too weird.

The units are just beautiful! This is the mod that I am most anticipating! I loved this preview. Although I must ask why you included chariots in this faction? I have nothing against them, in fact I think they look amazing and are pretty cool. Maybe its just me, but they seem to not fit in with the faction for some strange reason. ), and chariots are fast-moving, extra versatile military units -if you think about the war chariots of Egypt for example, you'll know what terror those inflicted in the enemies' heart- and nevertheless those look badass!

I loved this preview. Although I must ask why you included chariots in this faction?Uhm, the chariots are in there for many reasons. They're a missile unit, using, ley missiles, so are nasty there, and in hand t hand combat, a charge could do nasty stuff, but they are also vulnerable. I guess it's largely because I always imagined them having beautiful chariots in silver and white. It just fits...their majesty and chunkiness. There won't be tons of them at all, but they will look very nice.
