They have to be of characters that we haven't had a POV chapter so far from. I'd personally like to see Gendry get a chapter, and maybe Littlefinger.

We already have too many useless POV characters. I loved how in GoT only the most important characters were POV, but now it seems that every bastard gets his own chapter. It's confusing, it destroys pace, and I hate it.

I love new POVs. Sure, they're boring at first, but they bring a fresh perspective on things and flesh out characters that would otherwise seem two dimensional.

I didn't know that there weren't going to be new POVs. Nevertheless, we can still gush on how much we want certain characters to have POVs, even if there's no way.

GRRM has apparently confirmed that there will be no new POVs in TWOW - so I guess you're limited to Prologue and Epilogue. I'd quite like to see a Stannis epilgoue, fighting the Others
Always keep your foes confused. If they are never certain who you are or what you want, they cannot know what you are like to do next. Sometimes the best way to baffle them is to make moves that have no purpose, or even seem to work against you - Littlefinger

I thought he said no new characters would receive povs; as in no more Quentins or Griffins. It seems uncertain whether old existing characters will get povs. If that is the case Benjen Stark povs are tops on my list of hopes.

If Mount Suribachi is correct and only the prologue and epilogue get new povs, then the question that should be asked is, "Who would you like to see die at the beginning and end of the book." In this case I hope a novice or the seneschal at the citadel is the prologue. Lots of questions need answering there. For the epilogue, I can't decide. Too much will be happening in WoW and who knows what cliffhangers we will be left with after another 1000 pages.

We never knew that for sure. There would be no point to leaving his fate a mystery just for him to turn up dead.

First off, what HTD said. Secondly, that didn't stop Cat or Dondarian from showing up again.

I would like a Frey Prologue and Epilogue. Like, any Frey. Please GRRM, you haven't killed enough of them. I want them dead; every one. Except for the Rosby kids, and Big Walder. That does not imply I like them, it's just, they are not as douchey as the others.

I was hoping that GRRM would get rid of Tyrion's POV's because I find that he is getting extremely boring. He was good in the first couple of books but now I can't stand the man, he has survived way too much whereas all my favorite characters have been killed off since the very first book. I doubt Gendry would prove to be interesting, I never looked forward to his small parts in Arya's POV's.

Oh, I also forgot to say in my last post that if GRRM were to add one or two more POV's I would have liked to see Littlefinger and Varys to be added. Even though I dislike Littlefinger I think he is a badass with how he plays the game of thrones ;P. Also, Varys would be good because there is speculation that he is a blackfyre and I would have wanted to see if it was true or not.

I imagine the only way we see a LF or Varys POV would be right at the end of the last book. The pair of them know so many secrets that the reader is not privy to

*Sigh* Maybe you are right. I still don't want to find out at the end of the series (if GRRM doesn't bite the dust first). They are the two most interesting characters (even though I hate Littlefinger for betraying Neddy) more interesting than that incompetent Danny. But I guess it will be something to look forward to and keep my interest in the series alive. On the point of Danny, I wouldn't want her to have any more POV's because well, she is dumb? Lol. She claims she is the 'rightfull' ruler of the seven kingdoms but when she finally rallies an army that is competent in warfare what does she do? Stays in Meereen to care for her 'children' while every other Free City besieges her only to make her undo everything she has achieved. Also, I hate how she depicts herself as the rightful ruler of Westeros seeing as how she lost her birthright when Rhaegar died on the Trident, Right of Conquest. Her ignorant statements proves that she can't rule Westeros because she doesn't even know how politics work there. Thats why I dont want Danny to have anymore POV's.

    Peace

I'm always fond of more content to read and more points of view. And it would have delighted me greatly to see Littlefinger get one.

Some of the ones I will suggest already do have PoV's and if the case they are merely ones I want to keep over the others.

Jaime: His chapters really have helped form im into a real person and really help bring to light why he had done all the horrible acts everyone hates him fore. I for one would love to see him continue to expand upon his newfound honour and intergity and hope that he does not end up hanging from a tree.

Sansa: A character I could not stand at the beginning yet now that she has started living in the real world her character has become more likeable.

Arriane Martell: Not my favourite character yet she does give us a glimpse as to what is happening in Dorne along with a perspective from their side of things. While Areo Hotah does the same I can not come to think of his character as anything less than a statue.

Barriston Selmy: A kingsguard for more than 40 years I feel that he could give us insight into the Targaryens while at the same time giving us another vew of Danaerys' capability as a ruler.

Davos (if he returns to Stannis): His chapters have helped me come to apreciate Stannis' view on Westeros not as a warmongering power hungry devil worshiper as everyone else paints him as but a man who has done what is just and right thoughout his life regardless of the suffering it causes to him yet it to be the only redeeming quality of his PoV. WIthout his knowledge if Stannis and their private discussions I would never have considered him to be anything other than another fool vying for a crown.

"Me? Ruin? I'm not the ruiner, I'm the ruinee! Or is it ruinness? Ruinette?"
"She's ahead of the litter all right. The pick of the litter. The cat's pajamas. Oh wait. Why would Applejack take some poor kitty's pj's? That's not very sporting of her."
"More balloons! No, that's too many balloons. More candy! No, less candy. Ooh! I know! Streamers!"
"Oh my gosh. Hold on to your hooves – I am just about to be brilliant!"
