So last spring I built a computer my parts were a 560 ti and i5 2500k. When playing the campaign, moving the camera causing an enormous frame rate drop, from 60fps to around 3fps (Depending on how fast I move the camera), the GPU usage also drops from around 17% to 0%. However once the camera stops moving, it pings right back up to 60fps. I'd like to mention that I could play campaign flawlessly on my crappy laptop without any problems. This has gone on ever since I built the computer and it's stopped me from playing campaign mode, but in the mean time I turned to multiplayer and other Total War games and have enjoying them just as well. However I recently tried to resolve this issue and get back to playing campaign, enlisting the help of Gamefaqs's PC board. Needless to say the situation has only gotten worse. Now starting a Battles cause the game to crash once it's finished loading. I don't have any problems playing the other Total War games (Apart from a weird sound issue in Napoleon) and I've no idea how to fix this, I've tried adjusting PCI power state management, re-installing the game. re-installing steam, messing with settings in Nvidia panel, switching to on-board graphics and nothing.
Oh and If you wanna see exactly what I've attempted, here's the thread I made on gamefaqs:

Thanks for any help.
