How can you have this troops in a campaign and are their good?

I think you need to build some temple to get them. I see you have made multiple threads about your questions.next time make one thread with all the question, it is more effective.They are good troops if you like ambushing enemies.

Arcani can only be recruited by the Junii, and only if you have a very high-level temple of Jupiter. I wouldn't bother with them though. They are expensive and there's only a few men in each unit compared to 'normal' units.

The Scipii are able too, as are the Brutii, but they need another temple.

I recall it was the highest level temple of Jupiter for Julii, highest level temple of Saturn for Scipii, and highest level temple of Mars for Brutii. In my past games, I got them about mid-late game, and I had loads of fun with them. A flanking attack from an Arcani could send any unit to the depths of Hades in a matter of seconds.

They are like Kisho Ninjas of Shogun 2 Total War.
