Default Japanese History of Edo period Till Meji - Restoration (video)

So awhile back I made a thread similar to this one that had videos now unavailable that gave a brief history lesson on the samurai. It has since been removed from youtube, but I've come about another set of videos that documents the Edo period and some of the Meji Restoration period. For those unfamiliar with those, the Edo period is the period just after the warring states period Shogun 2 is based on. And the Meji Restoration can be seen towards the end of FoTS expansion. Enjoy.

I already saw this one thanks though. I wish there was a documentary of the Sengoku Jidai. They don't really talk about Nobunaga or the major battles in any of the documentaries I've seen.

I don't know of any good documentaries off hand about the Sengoku, but there are a few Taika dramas that have been put out in Japan. I am watching Nobunaga, King of Jipangu, at the moment. It's pretty damn good; it just passed the battle of Nagashino against Takeda Katsuyori.

I saw King of Zipangu as well. There doesn't seem to be any documentaries about Asia that are good or talk about something without generalizing. Watch any China documentary and I guarantee that they will only talk about Qin, the Ming fleets, the Mongols and the last days of the Qing.
