Default Average length of your campaign games?

hey guys I am doing a little research.

I would like to know how long TWC players play one campaign on average before quitting and switching to a new campaign.
I personally find the game boring after post turn 100ish and start a new campaign.
so, tell me, how long do your average games last?
this is a across the board research on all TW games released so far, please try to avoid voting a second time in the a similar poll and please vote, it wont matter if the sample is too small!

I generally complete most of my games. (as in take every region on the map) It'll usually take around about 110 turns to win.

I usually get bored between 50 and 75 turns. AI is just too bad to keep up (although I stay with hotseats til the end)

Im very slow at total war games but nromally in mtw2 i carve out a nice empire get bored and start another campaign or move on to a new game. Last time i actually completed a campaign was in 2009 playing whatever version of stainless steel was out then as the english and it took me close to 250-300 turns

No clue, just until I have completed the objective. Or have captured the entire map. In Rome I used about 3 faction leaders for a short campaign, so I presume that was about 100-120 turns?

I don't get further than 55-60 turns for most campaigns as that's sufficient to post a map in the who-am-I game. I haven't totally completed a M2TW campaign ever, closest I went was a France campaign where I made the victory conditions but didn't take all the settlements.

I usually finish campaigns by taking all of the new world. So that's around 180 turns.

Probably 80-100 turns in vanilla, assuming normal expansion and losing a territory here and there, faster if I'm blitzing. No idea on SS, since I've only "won" once in it (~160 turns), and I fudged a lot of that campaign with codes, so that doesn't count.

Usually, I go for a WC or at least finish the campaign goals. I don't know why, I have this sense of "duty" or the feeling I may miss out on something, if I didn't. Like, I wanna see and fight the late campaign high tier troops of faction x, therefore I have to stick around.

I usually quit after a accomplished the goals i set for myself during the beginning of the campaign. For example as the byzzies usually after i restore asia minor or conquer italy. Or taking the british isle as england.

Sometimes i stay until i win the war vs the strongest faction other than me. Alot of time i try to feed florins to another faction on the other side of the map so i will have a huge challenge.

I treat this game the same as the others that I have played throughout the years, MOO, Civilization, HOMM, other TW games, etc... I play until I feel I either can't lose, or can't win... This game has a much higher success rate than most because it is easier in many ways, but depending on your conditions you still have those 2 possible outcomes. The game (any game) is only interesting if you don't know the outcome. That is the reason I don't understand the fun in cheating, replaying events, etc... What is the point if you already know what is going to happen? To each his own, but I lose interest once the outcome has becomes inevitable...

Average lenght depends on the difficulty, but since I play mostly on very hard it's about 100 to 150. Sometimes extra, either because I like to test other strategies out, new units, new faction orientation, using crusades or not, etc. I would agree with Lord Jake, though, sometimes i quit if the game becomes to easy, and I can understand the idea behind quitting a game once I know that I'll finish it. what i've started doing is I never go back, in any case, no matter how badly i messed in a battle, and I also started playing into youtube. It makes me HAVE to finish the game, it has brought a new quality to my gaming, now i simply can't wait to play the next turns
