Could I get some help?

So for the past few weeks, a lot of my mods(Primarily Third Age) have been crashing abruptly. It started with anytime I tried to fight a battle, the loading screen would come up then crash. Now it's gotten to the point where I can't play any campaigns on a few of my mods without the game crashing. I was reading through Korpskog's Winds of Winter submod and people were talking about having that problem and how it really has more to do with a person's computer. Can anyone help with this? I wanna fix this problem before v1.0 of Westeros comes out so that I can get a smooth play through.

try to delete the descr_geography_new files in all your modfolders, then the map.rwm files, then start a new campaign.
If this does not solve the matter, search about problems regarding VirtualStore (a hidden system folder in Microsoft Vista and 7).
If you can't solve it by then, try to uninstall, delete all remaining folders\files, and reinstall from scratch the entire game.
