    Default Crashing on Campaign Map

Well, I reinstalled Windows, reinstalled the game as well, but using my old save files, after a bit on the campaign map, it crashes, usually like 20 seconds or so, very short time.

    What could it be?

    I'm using Windows 7, MTW2 updated to 1.5

Did you reactivate your copy of Win 7 and run Windows Update installing all software options?
Did you reinstall the motherboard chipset drivers?
Are your graphics drivers the latest from its relevant website?
Have you checked the log for errors? The game even at 1.5 is bugged.

Of course for all except the last one, worry not about the installation of OS, that I took care of very well, the problem is solely with the MTWII, and from the looks of it, the problem is from using an old save on another installation of the game. Is that right? And how do I check such logs for errors?

If it's a mod, the mod should tell you where the file is and what it is named.

If it is vanilla, system.log.txt in the main Medieval2 folder.
