they probable have a program which they can enter parameters into and generates the code. Not something they have released, however

well i saw them in the mods also
so are modders are using the ca's method

or they just dint deleted the line

hmmm, im not sure. they might have created their own programs. I think the lordz might have released something like this - check the scriptorium modding catalogue. I think it might be there

Bascilly that line is there but does nothing. Most people use Notepad, or other text based editors
