Is there a knightly unit in this mod? Or there's only cuirassier. Also the picture with full armor infantry what faction can I have them?

Yes, there are some of them. All factions can have them (at least germanic ones can). It's only a matter of provincial id: in Dreissig Jabre Krieg mod, most units are provincial specialities that are just available in their specifical regions. There are someones called junkers (german nobles) which are recruitable somewhere in Prusia (that's the north-east). There are also two guard corps of gothic foot khigts.

You can look at the export descr. buildings file for the region id of any unit.
