Well hello fellow multiplayer players
Seing the inactivity over here, i want to start a discussion, about anything, but i would sugest
our first topic to be, BUILDS adn ways to counter them, so let me start.

Recently i started using a rush build, shoguitai, 4 level 6 yari ki, shogunate guard cav, revolver cav, 3 shoguitai, 2 yari katchi and one line unit, generaly red bears, imperial infantry, those types.

Everything works quite simply, cav captures key buildings while the infantry advances, then i seek a cavalry engagemente to dispache of the enemy cavalryman then flank lines with cav, cover with guns, and that is it!
The thing is, it's unstopable! i won 6 out of 7 matches, well that was on matchmaking, so i can't realy atest to the players skills, but most where around eight stars, has i am a 9 stars myself

Do you have trobles defeating this types of builds? Do you use them yourself? If yes how does your difers from mine's?

It seems to be a pretty typical rush build. You could expand on it by adding attack upgrades to your Shogunate guard cav and attack upgrades for the Shogitai. You could replace the revolver cav with Imperial cav for less firepower but more range and versatility or you could replace it for another melee cav or another line infantry or to swap your red bear line inf unit with a extended range equipped marine. You could also switch the Yari Kachi for lvl 6 Katana kachi with 1 basic and 2 clan morale upgrades or just lvl 2 Katana kachi with a morale and attack upgrade. Since you will usually have the cav superiority you don't need Yari Kachi to protect your sword infantry from cavalry because you can protect them with your own cavalry. You could also use some Spear levies as cannon fodder before your charges and when they rout and then regroup send them to the nearest cav fight or around the flanks.

Here is a vid showing 2 battles with my variation of two different rush builds. Game 1 is a pure rush build. Game 2 is a rush build with a few line Infantry.
