Installation Difficulty

I have run into a problem with my RS 2.5 Installation.

Despite clicking where it says to click to start the game, the game does not start and that message pops up. What did I do wrong?

click the link on the bottom of the screen.

If you notice. I have clicked on the link at the bottom of the screen. And it is afterward that the message appears.

Once I exited out of the game I also received the following error message. It might be relevant because it deals with the campaign start?

Should I simply re-install everything?

In the launcher, make sure you have the correct game version selected (Rome, BI, or alex). Then, click the link before clicking the arrow.

EDIT: Yeah i would re-install, see if that works.

I have the BI cd in and I chose the BI option. The screenshot is the that of the screen after i make that selection. But as you can see, something isn't right because instead of starting the campaign it gives me that message.
