Icon3 Increasing the size of just a single unit: Can it be done?

    Hi all,

I have this grand idea that would mold perfectly with how I want to play ETW:

I want to increase the size of my "Elite Units of America" units to be alot bigger than the rest of the units available. For instance, the "1st Maryland" would have 500 soldiers while a typical line infantry unit would have 120. Is there a way to do this?

So far, the only solutions I have seen have been a blanket solution for all units in the game.

If I can do this, the only item that would make it go from Good to GREAT would be to have these large elite regiments have their own individual battle march tune such as "Yankee Doodle". I would not want all units to play this tune while marching: Just the elite regiment. Again, can that be done?

I'm not asking anyone to do the work for me. I'm just looking for direction on how to do it. If I can do, I will share this little gem with all!

    Cheers Gents

Yes it is possible when you edit your save file. In the fraction roster there is an section for the army where you can add the max. number of soldiers and th ones who are in activ service

Go to units_stats_land_table. There's a number; that's 160 for standard-sized stacks (120), meaning you have to input 33% more units than the size you'll want onscreen for each of your elite units. Harder part actually is to get a round number of units
