Default NTW CTD: crash file... how to read it, and try to correct the problem?

    Hi there
I have often (once out of 5 battles maybe) a CTD in NTW (modded or not, happens in both versions) in battles. Never on the campaign map, never in loading screens.
When it occurs, the game seems to lag for 1 or 2 seconds, even the sound lags, then black screen for 1 sec, and proper CTD.
How can I know what's going wrong, if I want to correct it.
Here's the file, if someone can help me or suggest me a way to correct that really annoying problem.
    Thanks!

    Check your temps and voltages.
What is in the Events logs?

    hi again
in the win7 logs it says that the error was caused by Napoleon.exe but also mss32.dll relative to Miles Sound System.
    Temps are/were ok.

For total War games, disable all the sound drivers but one in Device Manager. There have been conflicts in the past.
