Too far away, gladius and gravity will suffice. But on a serious note, this was a good punch in the face

I'd suggest the Kreidefelsen on Rügen island. Heard about some people executed themselves successful.

    i7 860
    250 ssd
    7950
    8 gb RAM
    Win 7
    650 Corsair power supply
    Asus P7P55-M

I just got the SSD and 7950 but I am now worried about the CPU. I thought that the 860 was fine and I have had no problems running games at all since I have had it. A couple times when I have to turn down the graphics I had just thought it was my old 5850 slowing me down.

So you are saying my 860 might be the thing holding me back? That is very sad. I just spent $400 on the GPU and SSD and I don't think that the wife would be happy about dropping another $400 on CPU, mobo, and RAM.

I play at 1600 x 1080 or whatever that is so 720p or something. Should I upgrade the CPU, mobo, and RAM now also. I don't want to do the upgrade only for Rome but I also want to have a good gaming experiece with Rome since I already spent money for it.

Can you please run the benchmarks with your config would be great odium. Thanks a lot. The results would also give a better base if a cpu upgrade is giving you a huge leap.

Recently I was able to prevent an upgrade for another community member. Not all "old" cpus are slow.

That's a beastly GPU, but the CPU is fairly average, and less than average for TW.

In what way? Minimun reqs put the CPU speed at 2.6 MHz and mine goes far beyond that.

AMD processors perform poorly in TW games.
You can check the performance of some AMD CPUs here.

Oh. Good to know. Luckily (I think?) my monitor doesn't support that kind of resolution, so hopefully it will be a little kinder on my apparently handicapped CPU.

My new Comp pieces arrived today (just in time). My build:

    Rosewill Challenger Case
    AsRock Z87 Extreme6
    Intel 4670k
    GTX 770 (evga superclocked)
    16G Ram
    850w Power
    250G Samsung ssd
    2TB Seagate HD

I've been saving for a while for it lol.

This disgrace to civilization should be done away with at once. Heroism at command, how violently I hate all this, how despicable and ignoble war is; I would rather be torn to shreds than be a part of so base an action. It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder.

Why 2 GTX 770s and not one GTX 780? I've heard there are some issues with SLI and in most sites I've been, people are recommending one powerful GPU, rather than two medium ones (if you could call GTX 770 medium anyway!).

"Steps to be taken in case Russia should be forced out of war considered. Various movements [of ] troops to and from different fronts necessary to meeting possible contingencies discussed. Conference also weighed political, economic, and moral effect both upon Central and Allied powers under most unfavorable aspect from Allied point of view. General conclusions reached were necessity for adoption of purely defensive attitude on all secondary fronts and withdrawing surplus troops for duty on western front. By thus strengthening western front [those attending] believed Allies could hold until American forces arrive in numbers sufficient to gain ascendancy."
