    Default Modding unit experience rates

I'm playing around with the rate generals and agents gain experience. I'm editing the experience_triggers table but it doesn't seem to work. I'd like to stop all xp gain from defeats, but to try and understand the table better I'm set all experience to 0 and also tried setting every trigger to 30 XP (so the unit should level up their first action/victory/defeat) neither of which seems to have any effect. I still get 10 XP for a victory etc.. Is there some other table that supercedes this one to change the experience certain actions give? I don't have any other mods loaded or see any pack files like patch4 or anything that the game would be loading a new version of the table from. Can anyone point me in the right direction of where to edit these triggers?

Have you tried editing the character_experience_skill_tiers_tables yet? That may yield some results

Yeah, I played around with that one without any trouble. I suppose I could play around with it to get close to what I wanted by increasing or decreasing the XP required for generals and agents to level, but I was hoping to do a couple things like eliminate the XP gain for losses/failures, increase the XP gained by the 2nd_generals etc as well as messing with the experience some agents got from completing missions. On a side note, is there also a way to change XP gain agents get by overseeing towns? (Think it's +3/turn right now, but I didn't see that anywhere, including the experience_triggers table that seemed to have all other agent actions in it)
