I have decided to download some skins for a mod I am making. So I looked on the TWC download section and found these for Pontus:

Pontic Skinset.zip - Pontic Army Reskin by Crownsteler

Opened the zip to have a look at the skins and opened this one:
pontic_cappodonian_cavalry.tga.dds

First thing I noticed was that it was a nice RTR style skin, just what I was looking for! But wait a minute;
he seems to have added a little extra to the shield, see for yourselves:


If you can't see the writing it says F.U.
What a great shame such great skins have been ruined in this way

To top it off, here is a part of the readme:

Don't know this guy, but from the sound of this he seems to be a little wierd , or just plain depressed.

At least I got a laugh out of it!!

Anyway, seeing as this one is not very good, does any-one know of some good skin packs for the non-roman factions?

Any links? Plus can i rename my thread or does some-one else have to do it?

I have ferres etc 512res skins so I need somthing that is going to at least compete and look real next to these skins.

Just go to the download section and search by the name's Warspite and Webbird. They are very good skins and don't have any hidden words that I know of. While you're at it you might want to get Warspites de-greened merc skins too. Then Alcords UI cards and then.......... oh no when do I stop.
