MTW Vanilla + Kingdoms and mod operating

So I am installing MTW Vanilla, and have a few mods I want to run that are for MTW, and maybe a few for Kingdoms.... Do MTW and Kingdoms operate as separate entities, sort of how ETW & Warpath do? Once I install kingdoms, will the mods I use for MTW still be able to work at all?

Yes both work as separate thing and kingdoms mods wont run on a MTW without kingdoms install. I think that the MTW mods should work even if you have kingdoms installed, but i havent tried anything like that before, so its best to wait for someone else to tell you that.
