Shogun 2 freezes PC

Hello twc community,

Me and a firend bought us shogun 2, while it runs perfectly on mine PC, it troubles his.
At first it didn't even start,after a BISO update it started, but it kept crashing his PC and forcing a reboot, so we installed the amd fixes by windows.
But now everytime he ends a battle and sometimes when he starts one his PC freezes and he has to reboot it.
I hope you can help us.

Knowing Gigabyte, I hope it's the right BIOS version for the game.

www.realtek.com.tw and install the latest High definition Audio codecs as his a still 2011.

Is he using Google Chrome?

We used the newest version available but we used @Bios I hope I didn't mess up.

Okay we'll try that and yes I think he's using Chrome but I didn't thought that would be the problem because I do aswell.

With Gigabyte and Shogun2, the only way to get the right BIOS for the game has been to contact Gigabyte support and have them supply the link to the right version.

Chrome has been known to cause problems for many. Much of it seems to stem from toolbars and plugins.
