Well I'm an amateur, but I'll start you guys off with some of my favourites.

To me photography has to be one of the most challengin, and complex art forms; when done right, it communicates any message effectively. Nevertheless, the sheer 'exactness' of the picture can make it seem slightly simplistic in the same vein. No one can dispute that it is beautiful.

Yeah those are some nice shots. :happy0144 I love that last one, great stuff. I'm some what of an amateur myself, started a few years ago. I need to get out more and work at it.

Heres an example of some Bears at the St. Louis Zoo. (High Res)

I'd like to start taking more landscapes, and some forest photos possibly.

"And I have felt the sudden blow of a nameless wind's cold breath,
And watched the grisly pilgrims go that walk the roads of Death,
And I have seen black valleys gape, abysses in the gloom,
And I have fought the deathless Ape that guards the Doors of Doom."

We went further towards the Highwood Mountains today. This was a cute little creek we ran into and spent some time walking around today.

(I get alot more photos taken when I'm alone so there are only two today)

I've got a few good ones I took while on Kauai. I'll be sure to post them if I can find any.
