CTD at start of battle

I'm using SS 6.4, and every time I try to start battle game crashes after it has loaded. I have RLC and Next Heir submods, but it crashes without them too.

Log file says:

11:42:45.893 [system.rpt] [error] Medieval 2: Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit.

I have tried to re-install, but it doesn't help.

Uninstall the entire game; all the mods and the submods too...Then go to delete all the game's folders for any remnant files....After that restart your computer and install the game with the SS mod only. If you want to use any submod..contact with its publisher. Remember to disable your UAC and to install the SS 6.3 before you install the SS 6.4.
