Across England the message was the same. All Christians that want to go to heaven are to join the Archbishops holy army for only then will they be able to go to heaven. But it was in the city of London that the Archbishop wanted to speak personally of why it was important to join the army. But this was also the sight of where the first execution by burning was to take place. The person condemned to died for the crime was a minor Lord who happen to speak out against the archbishop. But the crowd would not know that bit of history. The Archbishop with some of his personal guards began to speak.

" People of England. I have come to you to personally asked for you to join my holy army. I asked you as good Christians to help me fight those that want to see the church destroyed and dismantled. I am sorry to say that some of the lords of England plot to destroy the Church and kill me and my fellow priests. Why because we push for me becoming King until one could be found. Now I know its not something that could be easily be accepted. But its for the betterment of the Kingdom. I do not plan on becoming King for long only enough until a person could be found that has high Piety and respect for the church. I asked you this because I am doing this for the people of England and once that man is found I will gladly hand over power. But the reason I am also asking you to join my holy army is because the Lords want to see me dead or some of them anyway. " He asked one of the guards to tie the minor lord up.

" This Minor lord attempted to kill me in my own Church. He said that he was working with the Lords and that he was killing me to free England. Dont you see these Lords only want me to die because I want to make England good. I urge you to join my cause.. To fight with me and we can defeat the Lords and their armys as if they have no men to fight for them. They are powerless. Once this conflict is over and the Lords understand i am doing this for the betterment of England. Then their will be peace and once a new king is found. I will hand over power to the man. " He said in a calm voice as he looked at the crowd waiting for someone to ask him a question.
