units looking silver and shiny or dark black

Hello everybody.

Some time ago I installed SS 6.4. I really like the game.
Just today, I restarted a campaign as Aragon. My units look really weird. They are like all shiny and silver or pitch black. Has anyone else encountered this problem

Hello,

Yes, I have also encountered the issue, but only with the cumans units, and it was with one specific unit only.
Which unit is it? Have you recently changed your game from late era to early era or the opposite?
It would appear that either the file/line you need to load the skins isn't working properly or you simple don't have the skins.
Another question though, do you have any unit sound effects for the miles unit "England" or the urban spear militia "Venice"
on the battle map when you click on them?
