    Default delusions of grandeur-faction heir

my faction heir who had delusions of grandeur about leading the clan is now in charge of the clan. I had my old dishonourable daimyo drowned and my new daimyo has 6 honour . I think I have found a connection between the delusions of grandeur trait in the faction heir and high honour when the heir inherits. I think this because the same thing happened in another game I played. Low honour daimyo and a faction heir with the delusions of grandeur trait inherited and had a high personal honour (6) for no apparent reason. Has anyone else found this interesting quirk, or have I missed something here? I had nospecial perks or retainers on my new daimyo. just -1 for being christian and +1 forbeing shogun. I think I also won a heroic victory with the heir before he became shogun..Maybe this had an impact.

If you hover over the honour, you can see the origin (why the number is what is it) of it.

I always kept my heir very loyal, cause its a bost for his honour when he became daymio

I dunno if really work but I put Matsuke in the army that have delusion of grandeur and its effect is disappear.

No confirm but I think its gone.

A metsuke in an army will increase the loyalty of a general, so yes

    Loyalty increase is of course

I think Matsuke eliminate the effect "delusion of grandeur" too but that unconfirm because I occasionally check general stats who once have this effect and I put Matsuke on and I check it after later game, its gone (maybe)

A metsuke placed in an army will give each general a +1 to their loyalty. IIRC, it doesn't remove the delusion of grandeur but it does offset the loyalty loss.

    Get him to commit Seppuku.

If your general can't put clan before self then he's only good for testing the sharpness of a Katana's edge...
