    Default A Modding Question

I've already made a thread about this in the help forums, but I'm hoping that you guys will also have some insights into what I can do to fix this problem. Anyway, here's the thread:

Also, in the event that I actually get this fixed, if I wanted to release this to anyone interested what is the proper way of going about giving credit to the authors of the work I'm using?

First you'd have to ask them to let you.

Before releasing a submod or a mod that uses someone else's work you need to ask permission for whatever you have used. This can be done with a PM to whoever did the work. After this its really just a matter of writing a credits section in the end of the (sub)mod OP where you make sure to mention anyone who has participated in the mod and whoever's work you've used.
Under the patronage of Finlander. Once patron to someone, no longer.
    Content's well good, innit.
