change maximum age for characters

Hi all, i know that by modifying file "descr_campaign_db" in MTW2 in can change the maximum age of generals (up to 120 years), age past which general becomes old and other stuff.

i wonder in RTW where i can find files that code for the same thing, because i cannot find any "descr_campaign_db" file inside data nor other directories. or maybe maximum age (and other related things) is hard-coded?

I don't think there is a max age. I've heard of people who, through a few tricks, have had characters so old that their portrait returned to that of a child except they kept all traits and ancillaries. They could still use them in the field aswell and I believe that they were able to stop worrying about them dying each turn as well.
