Not sure who has replaced him. Probably a random bloke in Stonehelm.

As 13 battles were fought, yet none were of consequence, I will just post them as a RAR.

Storm has been annihilated. They have lost two faction leaders, all their fleets, and all their armies, bar a half stack at Stonehelm.

AFAIK, the only settlement they have remaining is Stonehelm. The rest are undersiege by Arryn, Mudd, or Dornish forces.

The Kingdom of the Eastern Sea will now rest. Her Falcons will return to roost. We wish for peace with all. As far as we are aware, our NAPs with Gardener, Dorne and the North still stand, and we are allies to Mudd. As such, we will not march from our homeland unless we are attacked :-)

Yeah I besieged it, thinking it would be the last Storm settlement, and that we could kill him this turn.

Sadly, I did not see that Stonehelm was not besieged until a little later...

EDIT: Rosy and Antlers were both taken, with allied forces of Arryn and Mudd taking no casulalites on the assault on Rosby, and only one Riverland soldier lost their life taking Antlers.
