Greetings Shire-folk!

Long time player, first time poster. First off, I want to thank King Kong and the mod team for making the Tolkien world come to life - TOTAL WAR style. This game engine is perhaps the ONLY way to truly give the massive, macro perspective of what was happening during the War of the Rings. You guys DID AN AMAZING JOB.

I just wanted to say hello to this TATW community because I love this game so much and have a lot of experience in-game, in-book, and would like to help out. I am so happy there are so many avid fans out there just like me!

I have played every faction several times but always find every patch to be invigorating!

ISENGARD is my favorite faction and here's a way to play that you may not have been conniving enough to conceive. Use GRIMA WORMTONGUE to go straight to Erech, make alliance with GONDOR, turning Rohan Neutral, then ally with the Horsemasters. This will anger the Dark Lord very much, but who cares when you take THE ONE RING and have Eriador as your playground "There is only one Lord of the Ring (SARUMAN) and he does not share that power!"
