I've worked in my yard plenty of times with deer 30 feet away. As long as they think I'm not interested in them and if my crazy neighbor doesn't walk out her door the deer don't panic. Also, if you look, they're well away from the trail the romans are marching on and close to the treeline.

I wonder what the next "genius post" is going to find wrong.
