HELP

I have medieval 2 since 6 months. I recently installed Kingdoms (Im not sure correctly) and the Campaigns are working . But now whenever I try to open Medieval 2 this error comes:-
"Medieval 2 encountered an unspecified error and will now exit"
Also in the Campaigns when i try to battle it says something like "Cannot access medieval 2"
And when i try to open Kingdoms A "blank" error message comes with the caution sign
PLEASE HELP

Also I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.....
As I downloaded medieval 2 it worked but after downloading the patches back to "unspecified error"

Steam problem.
Check your permissions through your antivirus, firewall, and router.
Free version of AVG, uninstall it.

nope got no antivirus problem , neither Firewall.... This may be important that I had this game a year ago too and the same problem occured, then i formatted my laptop and reinstalled it . Yesterday my brainy friend gave me the iso's of these games and i tryed installing yet the same problem.

Hey and can you also tell me the time you usually come online so we could speed this up , coz im getting very impatient ( I love these kinds of games....)

ISOs on this game don't work. Never have, never will. Check the Tech subforum.
You install a legit copy, and Sega does not include ISOs as "legit" with Securom as copy protection to make sure, 99% of these problems don't exist.
If it's a laptop and you never really got the game to work, start a new thread in the Tech subforum with a copy of your dxdiag.
FYI, Steam version is already patched.
